Halloween with Fair Tales & Pirate Sails

Leading up to Halloween, children at the Penguin Market today were treated to a visit from entertainers from Fairy Tales & Pirate Sails.

This young "ghoul" certainly put alot of effort into her costume ~ creating a sof and feminine but definitely ghoulish look.

Somehow bubbles are not the first thing you think of with Halloween, but this young lady certainly pulled them off.
